We conduct thorough risk assessments, develop event-specific safety plans, and deliver stakeholder briefings to ensure every team on ground is aligned before the first guest arrives.
After the event, we oversee safe dismantling and demobilisation, conduct a post-event safety review, and provide a closeout report capturing key findings and recommendations for future events.
